• Any correspondence (inc. meetings, emails, presentations, memos etc) between any representatives of the Department (including Ministers and their advisors) and representatives of Facebook in relation to GDPR, specifically subject access requests. • Any correspondence between representatives of the Department (including Ministers and their advisors) and representatives of Facebook in relation to privacy concerns on WhatsApp. • Any concerns raised by the Department in relation to the above. • Any correspondence between the Department and Facebook in relation to Facebook as a data controller/data processor and how they process Subject Access Requests.
