The Board direction in this case dated the 12th of June 2024 states that the submissions on the relevant file and the inspectors report were considered at board meetings held on the 6th of June 2024 and the 12th of June 2024.Pursuant to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am seeking copies of the minutes of both of these meetings. For the avoidance of doubt, I am seeking the actual minutes of the meetings as distinct from the board meeting record.
