I’d like to request some records under the FoI Act please. I’m seeking a copy of any and all records for the DPER Peer Review of Epic Systems, the US company awarded the contract for the CHI Electronic Health Record. I’m also seeking a copy of any related evaluations by the IGEES please. I believe both of those documents date from 2022. I would also like to request any more recent evaluation or audit documents of the work on the EHR to date please.
