If they cannot be named under the Freedom of Information, their town/city and county.   The number of properties owned by each individual/company in the 40.   The top 10 top amounts paid arising from late registration penalties and charges in 2011.  Any internal Dept reports and correspondence with the Dept of Finance concerning the level of compliance in paying the tax in 2011.​
