Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I am requesting access to the following records held by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform (formerly the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform): 1. Grant Sanction / Approval Any records of sanction, approval, or budget allocation provided by your Department to IDA Ireland in respect of financial support for Amcor Flexibles Sligo between 1 January 2020 and today’s date. This includes approvals for capital grants, employment grants, training grants, or other state aid, whether in whole or part, relating to the reported expansion of the Sligo facility announced on 25 April 2022. 2. Correspondence & Briefing Material All correspondence between your Department and IDA Ireland concerning the Amcor Flexibles Sligo expansion project during the same period. This includes emails, memos, ministerial briefings, meeting notes, and internal communications that reference the project, the grant amount, or its conditions. 3. Conditions & Monitoring Requirements Any documents outlining the terms, conditions, or performance targets (e.g., job creation, capital investment milestones) attached to the funding. Any requirements placed on IDA Ireland by your Department for monitoring or reporting on Amcor Flexibles’ delivery of these commitments. 4. Post-Project Review / Value-for-Money Assessment
