Under the new Afforestation Programme, peat soils over 30cm in depth are excluded from planting. The Forest Service claims that they have data from 25 peat sites in Ireland which have been studied and measured and based on this research, the decision to restrict planting on peatsis based on this research. I seek documents which list or name the 25 sites with addressesof the 25 sites. I seek all records of research carried out on these 25 sites, the actual research and results, papers published, and records of thethe names of those who have carried out these site investigations and all records pertaining to the reasoning behind their decisions.
