1./ A copy of all responses to the attached letters which were sent to the owners of the Old Mill in Julianstown on 2 February 2015 and 8 February 2016 2./ All details of the meeting referenced in the second paragraph of the letter dated 8 February 2016 including agenda, minutes, correspondence organising the meeting, any documents produced or disclosed at the meeting. 3./ Details of the conversations and correspondence referred to in the third paragraph of the 8 February 2016 letter including notes, memos, letters, emails etc. 4./ Copies of any other information relating in any way to proposals by third parties including the owners to develop the Old Mill including information relating to statements made by Councillor Sharon Tolan at a public meeting held in the Glenside Hotel on 30 November 2016 that there were ongoing discussions between interested parties and Meath County Council concerning developments on the site.
