Records held by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth relating to compliance monitoring at an IPAS centre: All records relating to the monitoring and enforcement of care and security standards an IPAS centre, including but not limited to inspection schedules, completed audits, and compliance reports. All records of compliance checks and inspections, including completed documentation, logged reports, and correspondence about findings. All records relating to the handling of compliance issues, including documentation of identified problems, corrective actions taken, and resolution outcomes. All records of communication between IPAS facilities, contractors, and the Department regarding compliance matters at an IPAS centre.
