A) In active service on 01st January 2015 , i.e., already appointed by Chief Executive's Orders or Manager's Orders as the case maybe prior to 01st January 2015.B) In active service on 01st December 2021 and copies of Chief Executive's Orders from 01st January 2015 to 01st December 2021 appointing/removing staff as "authorised person "under and/or for the purpose of the Road Acts (as amended).
