Please see attached a document from Garda HRM Department (ERO- PAR 120780/13). The document refers to ICT/HR Strategy. Can I see all information business cases and any other notes document memos which lead to the creation of this document which the Department of Justice and Equality agreed. I am specifically interested in how the document came to be and the business case behind it and how the number of sergeants and inspectors came about. Also what type of sanction was it, was there a ranks order? Were these special promotions of ordinary Promotions as much detail as possible on the status of these promotions would assist. I am looking for as much information as possible in relation to how this document was developed
