I submit the following information requests under the terms of the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 to 2014. They relate to the OPW’s stewardship of the Iveagh Gardens, Dublin and are as follows: 1. For each of the years 2014 to 2019, what was the aggregate income (I am not seeking the income per individual event within any year, as I recognise that may be commercially sensitive) to the OPW from events hosted in the Iveagh Gardens? For the avoidance of doubt, my questions is: (a) What was the income to the OPW from events hosted in the Iveagh Gardens in 2014? (b) What was the income to the OPW from events hosted in the Iveagh Gardens in 2015? (c) What was the income to the OPW from events hosted in the Iveagh Gardens in 2016? (d) What was the income to the OPW from events hosted in the Iveagh Gardens in 2017? (e) What was the income to the OPW from events hosted in the Iveagh Gardens in 2018? (f) What was the income to the OPW from events hosted in the Iveagh Gardens in 2019? (to date) 2. My second question is: What was the OPW’s spend on post-event remediation for The Iveagh Gardens, in each of those same years – 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 (to date)? 3. My third and final question is: Will the OPW release to me the specification or contract terms that applied to the promoters of events in the Iveagh Gardens in each of the years 2014 through 2019 (to date) insofar as they applied to care for the physical fabric of the gardens, including in particular the grass surface, as amenities intended for the enjoyment of the public at large, without qualification?
