1. A copy of any submission, proposal report, non-paper, from the Banking & Payments Federations Ireland, on combating financial fraud/scams, as part of the EU payment services directive, shared with the Department. (I think this would have been received in late 2024) 2. Any correspondence between the Department and the Department of Enterprise, or the Department of Taoiseach, on the PSD3, between 1st November and 28th November 2025.
