The following records from the successful LSSIF Submission are requested 1. The Pass/Fail Template and Checklist for this successful Submission is requested under Freedom of Information Act. Specifically, the checklist records are requested relating to the Pass/Fail Criterion: Is it clear that the Facility does not compete with the National Sports Campus or other nearby regional facilities are requested. The planned pool dimensions (length, width and depth) for the proposed Swimming Pool complex within Phase 2 of the Samuel Beckett Civic Campus (in comparison with the specialist dimensions of the aquatic facilities at the National Sports Campus) will have been benchmarked and clarified in Comments using inputs from the qualified and specialist Technical Advisor(s). 2. The records of the template used and the score achieved by Samuel Beckett Civic Campus (Phase 2) under Criteria 9 Technical merits of the project are requested under Freedom of Information Act. 3. The underlying documents provided by the qualified and specialist Technical Advisor(s) within the successful Submission that substantiated the specific score achieved by this successful Submission are requested under Freedom of Information Act (such as financial and economic appraisal, pre-tender estimates, cost plan for delivery, staffing and operational plan, business plan and outline promotional strategy etc.). As the Swimming Pool complex (with its specific and specialised pool design dimensions) proposed for Phase 2 of The Samuel Beckett Civic Campus is a major contributor to capital expenditure and a major contributor to subsequent operating revenues, all separately identifiable documentation provided by the qualified and specialist Technical Advisor(s) within the successful Submission relating to the specialist design decisions within the Swimming Pool Complex sub-project are requested under Freedom of Information Act. 4. Any records that were provided with the successful LSSIF Submission to substantiate the professional credentials and track records of the qualified and specialist Technical Advisor(s) to provide input to the Submission on the proposed Swimming Pool complex are requested under Freedom of Information Act (e.g. documented membership of a pre-selected panel of Swimming Pool Complex Designers retained by the Office of Public Works under Capital Works Management Framework Guidance Note 2.3.3)
