I request access to records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department of Finance dated between March 1, 2019 and the date of this letter. My request relates to correspondence and meetings with Aer Lingus officials and representatives. I request access to: • A record of correspondence, including but not limited to letters, emails, briefing documents, draft briefing documents, reports, draft reports, memos and text messages between Aer Lingus and the offices of the Department’s Special Advisor Ed Brophy about capital investment programmes for Dublin Airport. • A record of meetings between Aer Lingus, the Department’s Special Advisor Ed Brophy about capital investment programmes for Dublin Airport. This should include a record of correspondence about any such meetings, relevant meeting notes, documents, etc.
