Provide information on the following:- correspondence between LCC and the ISPCA in Sept 2016; correspondence LCC had with any Local Authority Vets or the Dept. Of Housing regarding this exchange; copies of all documents relating to FOI requests from counties other than Louth and Depts (such as the Dept of Housing) relating to Dog Breeding Establishments which have been forwarded on to LCC & please provide LCC'S responses.
