I require the following records under the Freedom of Information Act 2014: A copy of record of a signed contractual agreement as a 'Data Sharing Agreement' from your department, to bind contract to any third-party 'Joint Controllers', to process, manage, or store data, belonging to members of the public; Record of the operating system that aforementioned data held upon; The country and jurisdiction, aforementioned data is held upon; Notice that this is 'NOT' a request for any 'personal /private data', and request for public records 'only'; Revised request I am seeking records that correspond to my original FOI in this matter (in this email thread); I cited as an example FOI Request FOI/P339/2025, where there were devices that most certainly had access to public data; And it follows, there must be corresponding records of signed transparent contracts, to allow access to this data for a third-party entity and in particular (from my previous FOI), Microsoft Windows 11, to have full access to public data; I hope this clarifies matters;
