Looking for records on the number of individual landowners who sought an exemption from the council from the tax, the number of landowners who were granted an exemption, the number of sites on which an exemption was requested, and the number of sites where an exemption was granted. For the purposes of clarity, the exemptions I am referring to are applications made to the council regarding re-zoning and submissions as outlined on Citizens Information here
