1.0 Secondment (a) all records concerning the secondment of the Minister’s civil servants from the Department of Transport (or any other department) to work at, or perform the functions of, the Secretariat of the Marine Casualty Investigation Board, (b) to include all records relating to the terms and conditions of their employment, (c) to include all records identifying the civil service grade of the persons with, or to, whom within the Department, they are required / obliged to deal with, or report, with respect to their salaries and performance. (Note: individual names are not sought). (d) to include all records concerning other duties performed by members of the Secretariat of the MCIB within the Department of Transport or elsewhere. 2.0 Physical locations of work space Notwithstanding any changes required as a result of Covid-19, I understand that the members of the Secretariat of the MCIB work from desks located at Leeson Lane, Dublin 2 which is a shared address with the Department of Transport and the Irish Coast Guard Service. (a) I request all records concerning the physical work space location allocated to the members of the MCIB secretariat (prior to Covid 19) both before and after their secondment to the Secretariat.
