Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following: a copy of any pre-budget 2026 correspondence between (officials at level Principal Officer level and above,) the department and the Dept of Finance and/or the Dept of Public Expenditure with regard to the following: a/ the IDA, b/ Enterprise Ireland, c/ SARP, d/ the Foreign Earnings Deduction, and e/ personal taxation rates.
