Wheter any correspondence from Counsel or similar guidance has been received by DAFM. If any such guidance/opinion has been received, having regard to the provisions of s.6(1)(b) of the Freedom of Infomration Act, 1997 (as amended), it would appear that the DAFM is a FOI Body for the purposes of the Act, please therefore provide a copy of the said guidance/opinion, as the case maybe.
