I have attached a document obtained previously through FOI procedures, a draft reply by the Minister for Health Harney in 2008 to a PQ. The name of the requesting Deputy is not apparent, and I will need that detail in your reply. I request a copy of the actual PQ-issued reply or any direct reply to the Deputy involved, perhaps from the Department's section for Older Persons (reference the draft). If the Minister didn't issue a reply, I would like any records relating to the decision. If there was just a verbal reply to the Dail, a link to the particular Dail proceedings would suffice.
