Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request non-personal administrative records held by the Data Governance Board (DGB) Secretariat / DPENDR concerning any Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), proposal, or related process involving the Department of Social Protection (DSP) and An Garda Síochána (AGS). Please provide, for the period 1 January 2019 to present (the lifetime of the DSGA): • Any DSA (final, draft, or withdrawn) where DSP and AGS are parties, including the DGB recommendation(s) and associated cover notes. • Any Board minutes, agenda extracts, decision logs, or Secretariat memoranda that reference a DSP-AGS DSA or proposal. • Any public consultation notices/submissions summaries or DPIA references associated with a DSP-AGS DSA. • Any correspondence (emails/letters) between the DGB Secretariat and DSP and/or AGS about a DSP-AGS DSA (including scoping, template, playbook steps, or outcome). • If no DSP-AGS DSA exists or ever progressed to the Board, please provide any record noting that position (e.g., Secretariat note, email, or search memo), and confirm whether no entry exists on the DSA Register for DSP-AGS. Notes: This request is non-personal; my separate GDPR SAR to DSP covers my personal data. If exemptions apply (e.g., deliberative process), please part-grant where possible, release redacted copies, and provide a schedule of records with section-by-section reasons.
