A record of the cost, either through lease/hire arrangement or purchase, to the Council, of wooden or metal coverings used to board up all derelict and vacant council-owned or leased properties for the previous five years. 2. A record of the number of leased buildings boarded up for each of the previous 5 years 3. A record of the number of council owned buildings boarded up for each of the previous 5 years 4. A record of the number of buildings boarded up for each of the previous 5 years with the covering acquired through a lease agreement 5. A record of the number of buildings boarded up for each of the previous 5 years with the covering acquired through a purchase agreement
