1. Copies of records indicating the sums spent on administrative costs since the inception of the Disclosures Tribunal. 2. An itemised list of these administrative costs, explaining the reason costs were incurred. 3. Copies of records indicating the sums spent on legal costs since the inception of the Disclosures Tribunal. 4. A list of legal practitioners who have claimed fees in respect of the Disclosures tribunal since its inception and what each has been paid to date. To be clear, I am not just seeking the legal fees paid to the tribunal’s own representatives, but also the fees paid to practitioners representing other parties.
