Department of Transport I request access to records held by the Department of Transport relating to its oversight of Dublin Airport Authority (daa), AirNav Ireland, and the Irish Aviation Authority - ANSP division (prior to the establishment of AirNav Ireland), in connection with the operation of the North Runway at Dublin Airport, specifically in relation to compliance with the Noise Preferential Routes (NPRs) granted under the 2007 planning permission I am seeking: 1. Correspondence or memos (including emails and letters) between the Department and daa from 23 January 2025 to the present, that raise questions about, report on, or respond to concerns regarding daa" compliance or non-compliance with the Noise Preferential Routes (NPRs) approved under the 2007 planning permission for the North Runway 2. Any reports, briefings, or updates prepared for senior Department officials or the Minister from 23 January 2025 to the present, which address environmental or flight path compliance risks associated with daa" operation of the North Runway, including any discussion of the NPRs 3. Emails or letters sent by the Department to daa, AirNav Ireland, or IAA, from 23 January 2025 to the present, which seek clarification, provide instruction, or raise concerns about the use of departure routes from RWY28R and whether those routes are in accordance with the 2007 NPRs along with any response received 4. Any finalised reviews or assessments (internal or external) produced or commissioned by the Department from August 2022 (when the runway opened) to the present, arising specifically from public complaints, regulatory issues, or environmental concerns tied to alleged non-compliance with the 2007-approved NPRs on the North Runway.
