Copies of all records and details held in the Department relating to the costs of the regional events to promote Project Ireland 2040 organised by the Strategic Communications Unit. I would like to see copies of records relating to the two events held to date, namely, Cork and Waterford on Friday March 9th. I would also like to request copies of any records relating to future regional events for Project Ireland 2040 booked as part of the launch promotion. The search to include, but not be limited to: Accommodation costs for all ministers and officials attending the launches. Accommodation costs for all (if any) guests attending the launches. Any expenses claimed by officials to date such as mileage re launch attendance. Any catering costs for the launches. Video/audio productions costs for the launches. Printing costs for launch brochures etc. Audio- visual equipment purchase, rental or hire for the launches. Advertisements in local and national media, including radio, print, online and cinema, both before and after the regional launches, including paid bookings for advertisements linked to Project Ireland 2040 going forward. Any costs paid to UCC or Waterford IT for use of facilities. Cost of external consultants for any reason, such as PR, marketing, branding, photography, videography etc.
