Any complaints, queries, appeals, comments etc., by residents, councillors, employees of GCC, or anyone else, which GCC has knowledge of, regarding the footpath currently under construction outside the Westwood student accommodation and/or commercial unit, Upper Newcastle, Galway, made to or recorded by the GCC planning or roads departments.
