I'm making this request under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. 1) I request a copy of the advice given to the department by Davy Corporate Finance regarding the tendering process in 2013 for the National Lottery Licence. 2) I further request a copy of all correspondence between Premier Lotteries Ireland (PLI) and the department between the dates when it was nominated as the preferred applicant for the licence and when it began operating the Lotto (October 2013 – 2014). 3) I further request a copy of all correspondence held at the department regarding the subject of the "unclaimed prize fund" or "unclaimed Lotto prize fund" from the period of the tendering process. I would appreciate if you could send me these records in electronic format.
