1. Copies of all correspondence to and from the owners and/or agent(s) acting on behalf of the owners and operators of a hotel and officials in the Ukraine Division from 01/09/2023 to 13/02/2024 in respect of offers the hotel made to that section of the department for the proposed accommodation of BOTPs from Ukraine. The material should also include internal departmental correspondence relating to the hotel exchanges between the Ukriane Division and the section of the department that deals with the International Protection Procurement Service (IPPS). 2. Copies of all correspondence (emails, letters, notes of phone calls) to and from the owners and/or agent(s) acting on behalf of the owners and operators of the hotel, and officials in the IPPS from 01/09/2023 to 14/03/2024 covering, but not limited to: Offers of the hotel as accommodation for international protection applicants; Copies of all appraisals and appraisals documents in the possession of the department relating to the department's assessment of the hotel as an accommodation centre for international protection applicants; Copies of any drafts and the final letter of understanding or any other form of written contractual arrangement between the department and the hotel owners/operators and the department in relation to the decision to accommodate IP applicants in the hotel. 3. Copies of all emails, letters and briefing documents provided to Minister O'Gorman, his Private Secretary and his advisers by officials in the department in relation to the hotel and plans by the department to use the facility to accommodate IPAs between 01/02/2024 and 14/03/2024, including but not limited to: A copy of all written advice, emails, letters and briefing materials provided to Minister O'Gorman, his Private Secretary and advisers between 14/02/2024 and 09/03/2024 regarding the consideration of the hotel as a "dual use" hotel accommodating IPAs and commercial visitors; A copy of all correspondence (emails, letters, notes and records of phone calls etc) between the hotel owners/operators and the IPPS and Minister O'Gorman's Office in regard to the proposal to consider dual use of the hotel, from 14/02/2024 to 11/03/2024. 4. A copy of the completed assessment undertaken by the department on the possible dual use of the hotel and which informed Minister O'Gorman's letter to Louth TDs on the hotel issue dated 09/03/2024. 5. Copies of all correspondence received by the department to and from Louth County Council on the issue of the use of the hotel by the IPPS section between 01/02/2024 and 11/03/2024.
