Under the GDPR, organisations must keep a record of its data breaches. Please, send me that record, so I can gather figures such as, how many breaches happened on each year, 2018- 2020?; how many were reported to the Data Protection Commission or not?; what are the most and least recurrent breaches, e.g. human error, technology; what are the leading causes of data breaches, among others. Also, please send me the reports or documents that contains graphs, tables, findings about data breaches during that period
