Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, I request access to the following records held by the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform: 1. Business Cases & Funding Submissions Records relating to business cases, funding proposals, or capital submissions concerning healthcare infrastructure in the Mid-West region (Clare, Limerick, North Tipperary), including: • Proposals submitted by the HSE or Department of Health • Preliminary business cases or cost-benefit analyses • Capital appraisal documents 2. Departmental Assessments Records of any evaluation, review, or assessment carried out by the Department in relation to the above, including: • Financial analysis • Value-for-money assessments • Observations, recommendations, or decisions 3. Land / Site-Related Funding Considerations Records relating to the funding, approval, or consideration of land acquisition or site selection for healthcare infrastructure in the Mid-West. 4. Senior-Level Correspondence Correspondence relating to the above between: • Officials within the Department of Public Expenditure • The Department of Health • The HSE (including the Office of the CEO, Bernard Gloster) 5.
