All of the documents/correspondence between DAFM and DPER regarding the proposed regularising of officers in an acting capacity for more than 3 years or any other length of time as discussed between the two Departments, including any legal advice or opinion that may exist between January 1st 2015 and August 3rd 2017. I also wish to apply for all of the internal correspondence on the issue that exists in DAFM.
