Correspondence between the Department and other Departments regarding recent circular requiring departments to calculate and record the value of carbon emissions every time their officials use air transport. My request should include all correspondence to the department regarding the circular, and may cover requests for advice calculating emissions or comments on its implementation. Additionally, I am requesting the release of any correspondence between the Minister and his advisors, and the department's secretary general regarding the introduction of the new measure, as well as any meetings between these (Minister, sec gen and advisors) regarding the same.
