I would like to request any records, both physical and digital, relating to the arrangement between Cornmarket and this Department whereby staff members' AVC contributions are deducted at source though payroll. Specifically; 1) Records relating to the selection of Cornmarket as the sole provider of this service, 2) Records of communications with the Forsa union about Cornmarket AVC's.
