1. The developers stated during public meetings in Kilcurry that during pre-planning meetings with Louth County Council, that they were advised to "look outside" the designated industrial areas of Dundalk for seeking planning for this project. Please tell me why the council does not consider already industrial zoned lands in Dundalk town for a project like this. 2 Based on the answers above, I would like to receive the notes of these pre planning meetings between representatives of Louth County Council and those of the Great Northern Distillery.
