It is imperative as a matter of public interest that the Government now demonstrate that the EU Asylum and Migration Pact was properly laid before both Houses of the Oireachtas, and we seek the following under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. 1. Confirmation that all measures required to be taken under the above-cited legislation were undertaken, specifying date(s). 2. Information on what specific processes and procedures were undertaken with a timeline of date(s) executed to ensure compliance with the above-cited legislation. 3. Full and detailed particulars, including documentary evidence, of all processes and procedures that were followed including information notes submitted on each measure.
