I am a Frontline advanced paramedic with the HSE National Ambulance Service. I have sight of LCR23185 and FEMPI legislation. I would like to make an FOI request under the Act for a copy of any document or correspondence showing - 1. Why the 5% pay rise, awarded to ambulance personnel under Benchmarking 2007, was witheld. 2. The planned mechanism to pay the 5%, with backpay, once reasons for witholding under point 1, ended
