access to the records of the Charities Regulator which indicate or which may serve to indicate: i. An agreement to effect the non-reporting under section 52 of the Charities Act 2009 of the activities of Conradh na Gaeilge (registered charity number 20003869). ii. An agreement to effect the non-submission by the trustees of Conradh na Gaeilge of the documents specified in section 52(4) of the Charities Act 2009. iii. Incitement of the trustees of Conradh na Gaeilge to commit an offence under section 52 of the Charities Act 2009. iv. Encouragement of or assistance to the trustees of Conradh na Gaeilge to commit an offence under section 52 of the Charities Act 2009
