We are seeking correspondence and or submissions made to your office during the tenure of Minister John Gormley. We are particularly interested in the period leading up to his decision to defund our scheme, the National Farm Plan Scheme.We are aware that the National Parks and Wildlife Service were in correspondence with the then Minister in relation to funding. The National Farm Plan Scheme was closed to new applications in 2010.In addition we would be appreciative of advice from your Department as to where in law the supposed requirement, that prevents State Funding for any project or fund exceeding 5 years, is documented.
