All correspondence and minutes from meetings held between the Department, at principal officer level and above, and the following agencies/bodies: Transport Infrastructure Ireland (at Principal Officer level and above), the National Transport Authority (at Principal Officer level and above), Dublin Bus (at senior manager level and above) and Dublin City Council (at Principal Officer level and above), regarding the potential impacts of the introduction of longer Luas carriages on traffic in Dublin city centre, in the period between November 1st 2017 and February 27th 2018
