In relation to proposal for the development of a Community Group Home for people with intellectual disabilities on a site owned by Kerry County Council: request for the following: The department’s quantity surveyor and architect’s full assessment report and any other technical assessment carried out on the project proposal, either within the department or externally. Also request for the policy assessment or equivalent which fed into this decision.
