This is an AIE request concerning the methodology for projecting GHG emissions. Could you please let me know whether projected emissions from data centres which have a connection agreement are included in projected carbon emissions published by the EPA and against which carbon budgets are measured. Could you also let me know whether the Carbon Budgets have already taken into account these emission, i.e. emissions where there is a contract in place, but the project has yet to commence.
