 A copy of the ex-gratia payment policy for the department.  A copy of any records that explain or underpin the awarding of ex-gratia payments to staff of the department.  A copy of any requests for ex-gratia payments received by the authorising officer in the department, and the response that issued in each case. These requests and responses can be anonymised in terms of the recipient or proposed recipient of the payment. 01/01/24 to date
