I am making a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014 regarding the following: ·How many new FBR applications were received by the FBR office from the date the office reopened post COVID-19, up to and including 22nd June 2023. ·I would also like confirmation on the recorded date(s) that the FBR office closed due to COVID-19 and the date(s) the FBR office reopened after the COVID lockdown. ·Can you provide a copy of the FBR Customer charter - or similar named document? ·The end of year Passport service press release for 2022, contains data relating to the FBR office. The same document for 2023 online has no FBR data. Can you provide this missing date or the whole report, if this is easier?
