1.The total number of claims received from prison staff, prisoners and past prisoners alleging they contracted or test positive for tuberculosis (TB) as a result of being in an Irish Prison. 2. The number of such claims which have been disposed of, and how those claims were disposed of. 3.The total amount paid out in settlements to such claimants.
