I attach Technical Guidelines Section 3.00 - Pool Design (Page 147) for pools constructed under the Local Authority Swimming Pool Programme (LASPP). The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media has advised that the OPW has acted as the technical advisors to the Department for all projects in this Programme.
