Records in relation to records related to lobbying activities by Gibney Communications on behalf of Growing Media Ireland (GMI) as outlined in this lobbying event on the lobbying register to cover the period 1 September 2021 - Present. In particular, I wish to request the following: • Copies of any letters or emails sent to Ministers or Junior Ministers in the Department, as well as any subsequent correspondence with Gibney Communications and/or GMI • Copies of any internal Departmental correspondence in relation to the issues raised in the lobbying efforts of Gibney Communications and/or GMI • Copies of agenda and minutes of any meetings with Gibney Communications or GMI • Copies of any briefing documents/papers prepared for Ministers or Junior Ministers in the Department in relation to the peat industry Records should include internal correspondence and that with the lobbying organisation; minutes of any meetings held; briefing documents prepared; and any other records created by the Department in follow-up to this lobbying event.
