Information on the financial benefits of Councils preparing for a zero carbon economy, the total rates from all sources in SDCC, the total rates from renewable energy projects in SDCC for Anaerobic Digestors, Biomass to Energy plant, Hydro Electric like the Ardnacrusa Dam, Landfill Gas sites, Energy Storage facilities (eg pumped storage at Turlough Hill in Wicklow or lithium Ion battery farms), Photo Voltaic installations, Wind Farms, smaller on-farm or at-business turbines or other renewable installations (eg 250kw stand-alone turbines). What is total income from renewable energy systems owned and run by SDCC. What are the total annualised savings from SDCC energy efficiency programme or other income from low-carbon programmes?
