….the information I request is relative to the EU Birds and Habitats directive and in particular information relative to the states compliance and or non compliance with the provisions of the EU Birds and Habitats Directives – For example, - the information that passed between the state and the EU authorities for the purpose of adopting sites of community importance, applications for EU funding to preserve such sites, notifications issued to owners, occupiers etc., dates of transition and adaption etc. I am particularly interested in all sites identified and listed in County Kerry and the West Coast of Ireland.
