All records pertaining to stakeholder engagement on the Salthill Cycleway (Proposed Temporary Cycle Lane/Traffic Calming Measures on the R336 Seapoint Promenade, R336 Salthill Road Upper and the R336 Knocknacarra Road) including all forms of communications electronic and paper such as emails, letter and minutes of meetings. The request does not relate to submissions received as part of the non statutory consultation, apologies if this was not clear. The request is in regard to stakeholder engagement that occurred outside of the consultation process. The request relates to any minutes of meetings or Others records in relation to any stakeholder engagement (engagement with external parties by GCC) which occurred.
